Finished Bike Modifications
MODIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS RIDES
Removed all graphics from tank, front & rear fenders.
Built license plate recess in rear fender and cat eye tail lite pictured below. Welded tank valve hole located in the bottom mid section of the gas tank shut. Welded a new valve insert in rear section of the tank.Refinished in ebony black and painted real fire flames and clear
coated all parts. Installed new
tires front & rear and balanced. Installed new exhaust, new dogs in clutch assembly, new primary drive belt, new handle bars and new front axle.

Stripped every component off the bike to the bare frame. Had the frame sand blasted
for repainting. Re-worked back fender from damage, Tig welded
some holes shut. Cut off old fender struts and built new ones
with knife blades I fabricated from flat steel. Built spring plates under seat, built wiring module box under tank with ignition switch and cover plate. Tig welded new gas tank mounts
for new custom tank. Used a tank sealer kit to seal new tank
inside. Installed new triple trees and tig welded in new fork stop mounts. Fabricated a new tail light mounting plate and tig welded it to the lower left rear frame tube. Re-built the bike after painting the frame, tank and fenders. Installed a new tail
light, rewired the bike hiding wires and connectors in the headlamp
housing to give it a cleaner look. Installed red LED lights that shine down on the engine. Real cool effect with the red candy apple paint. Changed the chrome oil filter and used Amsoil
20W50 in the engine.

Built this module and ignition switch housing from flat sheet steel which I mounted under the tank
on the frame rail. The seat springs: Built from aircraft valve springs and mounted
on top of the battery box to add comfort for the rider onthis hardtail frame.Reshaped the license plate mount, made the flat steel mount I TIG welded to the lower rear frame tube. Powdercoatedred to match frame and installed new cateye tail light.

This is a 1999 Harley Davidison Nightrain. The bike had a previous lowering kit
installed on the rearend. I Installed new 5 degree triple trees with new 2 inch over stock front fork tubes. Cleaned the lower
shock legs from slug buildup over the years. Replaced the fork oil with new Amsoil Shock Threapy Treatment. Installed new
Avon tires front and rear including a new rear valve stem. Rear tire had a bead leak. Fixed the rim surface to stop the leak.
Installed new chrome oil filter and changed oil to Amsoil 20w50 synethetic motorcycle oil. Adjusted carburetor, adjusted clutch.
The bike was in this years World of Wheels Show. With the new frontend the bike has a longer pro-street bike look that
still handles great with no frontend flop.
